Q: What is 1-on-1 Coaching?
A: Just like an athlete’s coach trains the body to perform the skills necessary to physically compete, Laura trains the athlete’s mind to allow the body to perform those physical skills well when it matters the most.

Q: How often should athletes have 1-on-1 coaching sessions?
A: Laura works with each individual athlete to schedule sessions strategically. After we have built a foundation, we will look at your training and competition schedule and work sessions around important events for maximum impact.

Q: Where do the 1-on-1 coaching sessions take place?
A: Sessions take place on zoom.

Q: Are coaching sessions with Laura only for divers?
A: Laura has coached athletes in a wide variety of sports like diving, tennis, running, shooting, gymnastics, swimming, baseball, taekweando, dressage and recreational athletes. Coaching sessions are for athletes wanting to improve both training and performance by improving their mental game.

Q: Is there a certain age or level required?
A: No! Laura has coached junior, collegiate, Olympic/elite/pro, and masters athletes. Any athlete who wants to improve their performance or push past roadblocks by mastering their mental game is welcome.
***For younger athletes it can be helpful for Laura to meet with the parent for the first few minutes of a session to understand their concerns and be better able to connect with young or shy athletes quickly.

Q: Do you offer group coaching?
A: Yes! It is on a case-by-case basis, so just shoot us an email below, and we’ll put together a package that fits your team or group’s needs.

Q: How do I schedule my session?
A: Just click the “BOOK SESSION’ button below and it will open a page allowing you to choose the appropriate coaching session. After clicking on the session you want to book, it will ask for your timezone and the open up a calendar for you to choose a day and time. Once you’ve selected a session time, just follow the checkout process from there, which includes an intake form to help Laura better understand who you are and your current coaching needs.
